Arobo Ako is a dynamic leader, coach, and consultant whose work sits at the intersection of communication, confidence, leadership, and community development. As the Founder of Qorral Consults, she leads a firm dedicated to empowering professionals, youth, women, and immigrants to build confidence, communicate with clarity, lead with authenticity, and step into spaces with undeniable presence. The name Qorral, inspired by the strength and brilliance, uniqueness and regal beauty of the coral bead, reflects her belief that every individual carries a unique beauty, value, and voice waiting to be amplified. Professionally, Arobo is a certified HR Consultant with over 15 years of experience helping organizations unlock the potential of their people. She holds the CPHR, SHRM-SCP, and CIPM designations, and has led countless HR and leadership consulting projects across industries. From oil & gas to tech, construction to non-profit. She is a recipient of the CPHR Individual Excellence Award. Beyond the corporate world, Arobo is deeply committed to service. She is the Board President of the Navy League of Canada, Calgary Branch, where she leads strategic initiatives, champions youth development, and ensures strong governance for programs that shape the next generation of leaders. She also serves as a Director-at-Large with the Alberta Division of the Navy League, contributing at a provincial level to the vision, growth, and strengthening of the organization. She is especially dedicated to supporting immigrant women, youth, and cadets, offering coaching, career readiness workshops, public speaking mentorship, and empowerment programs. Her work is driven by a deep belief: when people find their voice, they find their power.
